WORKING WITH CLIENTS
Jack has made it central to his philosophy that each person requires an individual approach to their challenges, whether they be fitness related or life-balance related. For some, the work-relationship with Jack may be more consultation and counselling-based, whereas for others it may be more based in following programs and establishing goals with which they can hold themselves to account.
Common fitness goals typically include: weight loss; body transformation; increasing muscle mass; improving energy levels; feeling healthier.
Common areas of imbalance people want to address include: sleep problems; addiction; anxiety; anger management; bereavement; conflict resolution; depression; eating disorders; relationship problems; dating; self confidence.
